Migrating from on-premises to SaaS


Following is the suggested methodology for onboarding to BMC Helix ITSM from an existing on-premises ITSM deployment. This methodology is designed to be flexible to support your project. Changes to this approach that remove key quality gates can impact the success of your migration.
