Migrating from on-premises to SaaS
Following is the suggested methodology for onboarding to BMC Helix ITSM from an existing on-premises ITSM deployment. This methodology is designed to be flexible to support your project. Changes to this approach that remove key quality gates can impact the success of your migration.
The onboarding methodology includes the following phases, key activities, and milestones.
