This version of the software is currently available only to customers in the Controlled Availability (CA) program.

Creating a form or table mapping definition


  1. On Data Mapping page, select Action > Create New Form Mapping or Create New Table Mapping.
  2. From the From Form list, select the form or table from which data will be exported.
  3. From the To Form list, select the form or table into which data will be imported.
  4. If you want to add a simple Form Mapping that extracts all data for the form, click Add Form Mapping.
  5. If you want to add a data filter to this form mapping, select the Filter Data check box, and click the Next >> button to display the qualification view.

  6. Add a qualification.
  7. Click Add Form Mapping to confirm the creation of the new form or table mapping.
    This mapping must be linked to a node in the migration tree before it will be used for data migration. For more information, see Adding-a-form-or-table-to-the-migration-tree.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
