Creating and managing links

You can link a selected data enrichment to a form or table mapping so that its data can be used to populate fields in the target application.

  1. Open the Data Mapping page (select Data Migration > Data Mapping).
  2. On the Data Enrichment tab, click the Link tab.

  3. Click the Edit Qualification button (Qualification.png).
In the Qualification dialog box that appears, you can create a qualification between the source form or table in the selected mapping and the data enrichment. Where the data enrichment is for a target form or table, the qualification format will follow the standard AR System qualification.

  4. Build the qualification.
  5. Click OK.
The new qualification you have defined will be shown in the Qualification field.
  6. To confirm the link between the form or table mapping and the data enrichment, click the Link button.
This will make the fields in the data enrichment available to select when mapping fields for the selected form or table mapping.
  7. To remove a data enrichment link, select the link from the list, and click the Unlink button.
You cannot remove a data enrichment link if there are fields mapped to the data enrichment in the field mapping.
