Managing BMC Helix Data Manager staging tables

If fatal errors occur during a data migration or you have been staging data to assist with troubleshooting, you might see some tables in BMC Helix Data Manager.

To discover and drop staging tables

  1. Select Discovery & Analysis > System Analysis & Administration.
  2. Select an environment, and click Select.
  3. Click the Tables tab.
  4. To launch a discover job, click Discover Tables.
    The discovered tables are listed as follows:

  5. To drop all discovered tables, click Drop All Tables.
  6. To remove tables individually, select a table and click Drop Selected Table.


 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
