Log Level Change plug-in configuration

The Log Level Change plug-in is used to change the log levels of the Remedy Knowledge Management (RKM) plug-ins. The Log Level Change plug-in is used when a user modifies the RKM:SystemConfig form.

Plug-in type

Log Level Change is a Java-based Filter API plug-in.

AR System server connectivity

The Log Level Change plug-in connects to the AR System server when the Filter Modify Event occurs on the RKM:SystemConfig form.

The configuration information of the Log Level Change plug-in is available in the AR System Administration: Plugin Server Configuration form.

The AR System Administration: AR System Configuration Generic UI form includes the Server-Plugin-Alias setting that points to the correct plug-in server alias:
Server-Plugin-Alias: RMDY.ITSM.RKM.LOGLEVEL.CHANGE RMDY.ITSM.RKM.LOGLEVEL.CHANGE myServer:9999
