This section is written for developers and administrators who are responsible for creating, customizing, and maintaining integrations between BMC Remedy AR System and external systems.
Before applying any instructions in this section, you should have a strong working knowledge of BMC Remedy AR System and BMC Remedy Developer Studio. Also, working knowledge of the external systems that you are considering for integration with BMC Remedy AR System is helpful.
