Adding a field menu of valid names

To prevent typographical errors when users enter approver names in an Ad Hoc process or an ad hoc override, you can provide a field menu that contains valid approver names. Examples of fields for which a menu of valid names can help prevent errors are as follows:

  • AP:Alternate form, Alternate field
  • AP:More Information form, To field
  • AP:Detail-Signature form, Reassign To field
