Reporting in BMC Remedy AR System

The Report Console provides a central location for all reporting tasks. Users can create and run ad hoc reports based on user-specified criteria, and run existing reports that are defined by others or installed with BMC applications.

Using the Web report type, browser users can create nicely formatted reports and save them in common formats such as Adobe PDF. The necessary components to support Web reports are automatically installed with the mid tier and do not require you to purchase or install any additional third-party components. The Web report type is added to the existing Remedy AR System report types.
