Reducing email delivery failures by managing invalid email IDs
Use the AR System Email Invalid IDs form to manage invalid email addresses. This prevents repeated email failures by skipping known invalid email IDs while still delivering messages to valid recipients. It also minimizes error-state emails and unnecessary alerts. As an administrator, you can enable this by configuring a CCS parameter. You can also manually add, remove, or modify invalid email IDs.
Before you begin
Enable the Truncate_Invalid_EmailIds_From_Recipient_List CCS parameter to automatically remove invalid email IDs from recipient lists before sending email messages. For more information, see Configuration settings S-Z.
