Issues with customizable options
If you are using the image-based format, select the User Can Customize option on the Flashboard panel when creating or modifying a flashboard to enable users to customize the flashboard. See the topic User Can Customize in Defining-flashboards.
If you are using the default format, users can customize even if you do not set the User Can Customize option.
