BMC Helix CMDB log files
You can download and view the logs of various BMC Helix CMDB functions by using the Support Assistant tool.

In the Assistant tool, to view logs relevant to BMC Helix CMDB, you must select the pods that start with the following names:
- aisplugin-<uniqueID>
- atriumplugin-<uniqueID>
- atriumwebsvc-<uniqueID>
- normplugin-<uniqueID>
- reconciliation-engine-<uniqueID>
- reconciliation-idservice-<uniqueID>
- reconciliation-mergerservice-<uniqueID>
- reconciliation-miscservice-<uniqueID>
- platform-fts-<uniqueID>
After you download the logs corresponding to these pods, you can examine each of them for troubleshooting purposes.
You can view the reconciliation job logs to monitor reconciliation jobs.
