Alert log

The alert log traces all alert management and delivery activities. 

By default, the log file is named aralert.log. Each line of an alert log file begins with <ALRT>.

Each alert transaction includes a time stamp and the user name.

If the user name is AR_NOTIFIER, it indicates an internal operation is being performed.

The entry details include information about the status of registration attempts, the success or failure of alert message-sending operations, and the occurrences of user deregistration.
