If you get this error when you try to access the BMC Helix Innovation Studio URL, you can do either of the following:

  • Use the Unlock Account button on the sandbox Details page.
  • Log in through the Mid Tier by using your administrator account and open the User form to reset the password of the developer account.

Troubleshooting BMC Helix Innovation Studio access authorization issues

This issue occurs, if you are trying to log in to the BMC Helix Innovation Studio by using your admin account instead of your application business analyst account.

Log in to BMC Helix Innovation Studio by using your application business analyst account credentials.
