Enable relaying to prevent unsolicited messages
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
When you send an email from the Email Engine to another domain, it is called relaying. If relaying is turned off or disabled, external emails will fail. This security feature prevents your server from sending unsolicited messages (or "spam") in your company's name.
To make sure that Email Engine can send external emails, turn on the relay in your mail server.
To learn how to turn on relaying, see your mail server documentation.
