Configuring the Mid Tier web server for SSL certificate

You can use root certificates issued by trusted Certificate Authorities (CA) in your production environment:

  • If you are an on-premises customer configure the Mid Tier web server for SSL certificate by applying security certificates to your applications. For more information, see Applying security certificates to your applications in BMC Helix ITSM documentation.
  • If you are a SaaS subscriber, contact BMC SaaS Operations to configure the Mid Tier web server for SSL certificate by applying security certificates to your applications.
