Pentaho plug-in configuration

The Pentaho plug-in enables you to run and monitor Atrium Integrator jobs and transformations from AR Systemvendor forms. This plug-in is designed specifically to enable a AR System or BMC Helix ITSM application user to create a comprehensive, AR Systemform-based data management user interface.

Plug-in type

Pentaho is a Java-based ARDBC plug-in.

AR System serverconnectivity

The Pentaho plug-in connects and interacts with AR System server by using the AR System Java APIs. This plug-in (pentahoardbcVerNum.jar) is installed in the ARInstallationFolder\diserver\ardbc-plugin directory. (VerNum represents the version number of the release.)

Configuration information

The configuration information of the Pentaho plug-in is available in the AR System Administration: Plugin Server Configuration form.

The AR System Administration: AR System Configuration Generic UI form includes the Server-Plugin-Alias setting that points to the correct plug-in server alias as follows:
Server-Plugin-Alias: ARSYS.ARDBC.PENTAHO ARSYS.ARDBC.PENTAHO myServer:9999
