Configuring AR System server and email

You can configure AR System server and email only for on-premises deployment.

Perform the following procedure to configure AR System server and Email Engine.

To configure the AR System server

  1. Log on to a browser as an AR System administrator.
  2. Open the AR SystemAdministration Console, and select System > General > Server Information.
  3. In the Server Information window, click the Advanced tab and, if it is not already set, set the Default Web Path field to the Mid Tierweb path URL (for example, http://midTierServer:<portNumber>/arsys).

To configure email

Follow the steps in the Allowing-and-securing-modify-actions-through-incoming-emails section. In step 7 of that procedure, set the Use Security Key field value to No instead of Yes.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
