Setting up users, access, and preferences


As an administrator, one of your key responsibilities is managing access for different users in your organization. It is critical for data security to control who can access the data.

In BMC Helix Innovation Suite you can control which users can access data and perform actions such as creating new forms or modifying a request. The following conditions determine user access:

  • The groups to which users belong
  • The licenses that the users are granted
