Synchronizing BMC applications with BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround

As an administrator, after you have subscribed to BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround, you can synchronize knowledge articles from the following BMC applications to BMC Helix Knowledge Management by ComAround:

  • BMC Helix ITSM: Knowledge Management
  • BMC Helix Business Workflows Knowledge Management

Important

If you do not want to include articles from a BMC application that you use to create and update knowledge content, you are not required to perform this task.
