Users cannot see the flashboard

Users cannot see a flashboard in a form if:

  • You did not grant permission to view the flashboard. Users will see a message telling them that they do not have permissions to view the flashboard.
  • You did not grant permissions to view the Data Visualization field. Users will see the form but not the flashboard.
  • You did not grant permissions to view the form associated with the flashboard. Users will not be able to view the form at all.

 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
