Setting previews for approval requests
The AP:PreviewInfo form allows requesters and approvers to get a list of the completed and remaining approvals for any request. This is referred to as previewing approvals.
To allow users to preview approval responses, you must perform the following configuration actions:
- Configure the approval process to generate a preview at the required time. See Creating-an-approval-process.
- Design a form that queries the AP:PreviewInfo form. See Adding-previews-to-your-approval-application.
- Create workflow that uses the Add-PGNA-Values command to gather signatures. See Defining-Parameterized-Get-Next-Approver-rules.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
