Creating fields that are not in a form view

You can use the form editor to create the fields that do not appear in any view.

To create a "not in form view" field using the form editor

  1. Right-click on the form editor and select Create a New Field.
  2. From the sub-menu, select the in No View option to open the list of field types.
  3. Select a field type that you want to create.

When you use the form editor to create a not in form view field, the Outline tab appears automatically with the Show Fields Not in View option selected. The new field is selected in the field list of the Outline tab.
