Using data archiving with server groups

By default, the data archiving feature is enabled on an AR System server. To disable archiving for all forms on a server, select the Disable Archive option on the Configuration tab of the AR System Administration: Server Information form.

For a server group, you can disable archiving on all the servers except one if you want archiving to take place on only one server. To do this, configure the server group in the AR System Server Group Operation Ranking form to make sure that only one server performs the archiving operation.
