Configure timecard management


To access to timecard general configuration, log in Agility Suite application, click Settings and go to Resource Management > Timecard Management > General

This console allows configuration to allow or disallow the tracking of Break time and to track the Start time and End Time on a timecard.

This console is accessible by Resource Masters and Agility Admins.

To modify general timecard configuration

  1. Log in Agility Suite application and click Settings Gear.PNG.
  2. Go to Resource Management > Timecard Management > General
  3. Select 'true' or 'false' to configure 'Break Time Tracking' and 'Start Time/ End Time Tracking'
  4. Click on Save.
  5. The Reset to Default resets the values to 'false'.


 

Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
