Using AST_CI_Unavailability_Interface web service
In BMC Asset Management, you can create CI Unavailability records against a CI using the AST_CI_Unavailability_Interface web service. The web service exposes functions available on the AST:CI Unavailability Interface form.

Accessing the web service
You can access the web service using a web service client. For example, using a client such as the SOAP UI, enter the web service URL in the following format to connect to the web service:
http://<midtier_server>:<port>/arsys/WSDL/public/<servername>/AST_CIUnavailabilityInterface
For example:
http://my_MidTier_Server:8080/arsys/WSDL/public/myARServer/AST_CIUnavailabilityInterface
