The relationship between AIF fields and work order fields
The Mapped tab on the advanced interface form (AIF) contains fields whose values are automatically mapped to the work order fields on the Details and Details 2 tabs of the work order template. As a result, users do not have to define their own target data mappings.
You can modify both the field labels of the AIFs and the field label values on the Details and Details 2 tab of the Work Order Template form.
Ensure that the labels on AIF and the Details and Details 2 tabs of the Work Order Template match, so that work order users understand the particular meaning of the various detail fields. For more information, see Configuring-the-Work-Order-form-and-templates.
