Troubleshooting service target issues


The following table describes the common problems encountered with service targets:

You get plugin errors in BMC Service Level Management

ARX file is not generated when you export service target.

When you try to build a service target, a service target is not built and you might encounter the some issues.

You encounter issues in the measurement of the performance by the service target or in updating the statuses of the service target.

When you define a business time segment, the end date of the business time segment is set to a date in the past.

You might get errors while importing or creating service targets or service level agreements.
