Configuring the BMC Atrium Integration Engine

Configure BMC Atrium Integration Engine to fix the connection details for BMC Remedy AR integration. (The installer creates connection details with the BMC Remedy AR System host name instead of the BMC IT Business Management Suite database host name. It is possible to edit the database connection details in the BMC Remedy AR console.)

To configure BMC Atrium Integration Engine

1. Log on to BMC Remedy AR System as an administrator.
2. Click BMC Remedy AR> Connections >Oracle.
3. Select all BMC IT Business Management Suite data.
4. Enter new configuration parameters for the database server.
5. Click Test Connection.
6. Click Apply.
