Adding organizations
As an administrator, add your organization in Mid Tier. All other configurations that you make belong to this organization. The organizational structure represents the organizations and departments within a company.
You can add a primary organization or a vendor organization. Vendor organizations are defined as a Primary Organization of type Vendor.
Task 1: To configure the Mid Tier setting
Configure the Mid Tier setting so that you can access Mid Tier fromBMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker to add the organization data.
- Log in to Mid Tier.
- Click Applications.
- Select AR System Administration > AR System Administration Console.
The BMC Remedy AR System Administration Console is displayed. - Select System > General > Centralized Configuration.
The AR System Configuration Generic UI pane is displayed. - From the Component Name list, select com.bmc.arsys.server > *.
- Click Add.
In the list of settings, add the following setting and its value:

- Click Apply.

Task 2: To add or update an organization
- Log in to BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker.
- Click Settings .
- Select Manage Primary Org > Manage Primary Org.
- On the Manage Primary Organizations page, click Add/Update.
The Add/Update link opens Mid Tier. - Log in to Mid Tier.
