Reference for integration between BMC Helix ITSM and Jira issues by using BMC Helix Integration Service


As an administrator, you can integrate BMC Helix ITSMwith Atlassian Jira Software to consolidate and broker tickets between BMC Helix ITSMand Jira by using BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker. With this integration, your developers can easily track their efforts on a feature development, bug, or any other task.

To integrate BMC Helix ITSM with Jira, you can use BMC Helix Integration Serviceas the integration platform.

In future product releases, BMC Helix Integration Servicewill be used only for BMC-to-BMC integration use cases. BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker will continue to support connectors and flows based on BMC Helix Integration Service for Jira until further update from BMC Product Management.
