Integrate BMC Helix ITSM and Azure DevOps to synchronize tickets
Use BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by Jitterbit to implement the following integrations:

Attachments that agents add while updating a BMC Helix ITSM ticket are synchronized with the corresponding third-party application ticket. With this functionality, an agent working on the third-party application ticket gets additional details about the ticket.
