Using BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by MuleSoft to integrate BMC Helix ITSM with third-party applications

As an administrator, you can integrate BMC Helix ITSM with third-party applications by using MuleSoft Anypoint platform. It is a data integration technology built to connect a variety of data resources and applications. 

BMC Helix Multi-Cloud Broker, along with BMC Helix iPaaS, powered by MuleSoft provides out of the box integration templates hosted on the Electronic Product Distribution site. A template contains predefined information that you can update and workflows that you can run to implement an integration.
