The Application Access Request service includes the following three types of approvals:

The same process is used for individual and group approvals. For individual approval, the specific approver is configured in the Flex Char 01 field, which is set in this approval process. |

Group approval | Ad-Hoc Group Approval | SB Ad-Hoc Approval Process | This is a custom approval process created for the content pack. The same process is used for individual or group approvals. For group approval, the specific approval group is configured in the Flex Char 01 field to include individuals belonging to the Access Management support group with the Request Approver functional role. |
