To manually retry failed inbound emails
- In Mid Tier, open the RBE:Console form.
- Click the Failed Messages tab.
To view the error code of the failed message, select the message and view its error code in the RBE Failure pane. - To rectify data errors in the subject line or description of the email message, double-click the message, and on the BMC Remedy Inbound Emails: Message page, make the changes in the message and click Save.
- On the Failed Messages tab, select the failed messages you want to retry and click Retry.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
