Out-of-the-box IT services

BMC provides a ready-to-use IT content pack that includes services to handle IT-related requests. You can use the content pack for your day-to-day IT related queries and requests.

Make sure that you have requested BMC Customer Support to get the content pack and have completed the configurations described in Setting-up-the-IT-content-pack.
