Important capabilities of the service

The Guest WiFi service includes the following advanced capabilities that help you achieve this use case quickly and efficiently:

Date validation

End users choose the start date and the end date for this service as follows:

  • Start date—Creation date of the service request or later.
  • End date—Start date and later. 

The date restrictions are set in Question Designer, as shown in the following images:

After submitting the service request, the work order is generated and can be viewed in Smart IT, as shown in the following image:
