Configuring people and support groups
To configure people and support groups from the Company form
- From the Application Administration Console, click the Custom Configuration tab.
- From the Application Settings list, choose Foundation > Organizational Structures > Companies and Organizations, and then click Open. The Company form appears.
- Either select the company from the Company list, or search for the company and select it.
- Depending on whether you are adding people or support groups, click the People or the Support Groups tab.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
