Using the data wizard to modify data

Users with AR System Administrator permissions and a Fixed license can use the data wizard to modify foundation data throughout all applicable BMC Helix ITSM forms and in configuration item (CI) records in AR System.

To access Data Wizard, in the Mid Tier, navigate to Applications > Data Management > Data Wizard.
