Enabling rich text fields on Progressive Web Application screens of Smart IT
As a developer, you can update the Progressive Web Application (PWA) screens to support rich text format (RTF). RTF fields enable application users to format text, add images, add links, and so on.

Important
Only PWA screens support rich text. You can enable PWA only for the following Smart IT PWA screens:
Incident
Work Order
Problem Investigation
Task
Known Error
Asset
People
Broadcast
Change
All other screens that do not support PWA also do not support rich text. As a result, these screens display rich text along with HTML tags. To avoid the display of HTML tags on these screens, set the following configuration parameters to true:
