Updating assignment availability
Your assignment availability status indicates whether you are available to accept work assignments. You can update your own status, and if you have management-level permissions, you can update the status of the people in the support group that you manage.
To update assignment availability
- From the Navigation pane, choose Functions > My Profile.
- From the Assignment Availability menu, select the status you want:
- Yes—You are available.
- No—You are not available.
- Click Save.
Tip: For faster searching, add an asterisk to the end of your partial query. Example: cert*
