Problem_Query_Service and Problem_QueryList_Service functions


With the query service, the Problem_Query_Service and Problem_QueryList_Service functions allow searches for specific problem investigation tickets or a set of problem investigation tickets. These functions are specific to web services. To perform a search, do it directly from the PBM:Problem Investigation form.
