Troubleshooting change request issue
Resolution
Create an available Time Segment. For more information, see Managing time segment availability based on business event or operational category.
Issue symptom
When you click a change request in the calendar, the Cognitive risk assessment and Risk information service history panels are not visible.
Resolution
- Verify that the ServiceOps-enablechgrisk CCS parameter is enabled. For more details, see Viewing data by using the Calendar.
Verify that the configuration of Cognitive risk assessment is enabled in AIOps. For more details, see Enabling the AIOps features.
