Customizing the Change Management form

The CHG:Infrastructure Change Classic form is a self join of the CHG:Infrastructure Change form.

Before you begin

You must map the default values on the CHG:Infrastructure Change form to the active links workflow for these values to be displayed on the CHG:Infrastructure Change Classic form.

To customize the Change Management form

The default values on the CHG:Infrastructure Change Classic form are updated using the active links workflow to reflect the values defined in the CHG:Infrastructure Change form. The default values of new fields created on the CHG:Infrastructure Change form and then added to the CHG:Infrastructure Change Classic form do not display their default field values. The active links require a set of field action that queries the CHG:Infrastructure Change form and sets the field values to itself.
