Troubleshooting change request issue
Resolution
Create an available Time Segment. For more information, see Managing-time-segment-availability-based-on-business-event-or-operational-category.
Issue symptom
When you click a change request in the calendar, the Cognitive risk assessment and Risk information service history panels are not visible.
Resolution
- Verify that the ServiceOps-enablechgrisk CCS parameter is enabled.
Verify that the AIOps Situations feature is enabled in AIOps. For more details, see Enabling the AIOps features.
