Troubleshooting the issue in viewing the task in the task group


A user with Infrastructure Change User permission or a change agent tries to move the change request to the next stage, and the following error is displayed.

This Change Request has at least one open task or task group in a previous phase. You must Close all children tasks in previous phases before changing the status.

Issue Symptom

When the user views the task in the task group that relates to the change request, the following error is displayed:

This Change Request has at least one open task or task group in a previous phase. You must Close all children tasks in previous phases before changing the status.

Scope

In Mid Tier, Task Phase management is enabled, and a task group relates to a change request.

Workaround

To resolve the error, refresh the page.
