Accessing CMDB Portal with limited functionality
When the platform-fts-0 pod that handles all administrative requests is down, CMDB Portal is available in read-only mode. You can still access CMDB Portal to view the following functionalities:
- Dashboard
- List of jobs in Atrium Integrator, Normalization, and Reconciliation job consoles
However, you cannot perform the following functions:
- Create or modify instances in CMDB such as CIs, classes, and attributes.
- Create or run Atrium Integrator, normalization, and reconciliation jobs.
The functionality is restored to normal after the platform-fts-0 pod is available again.
