Improvements to reconciliation jobs with Merge activity
The reconciliation merge service performs with better speed and efficiency by processing the merge activity on a separate pod by default.

Update the Product Catalog with end-of-life attributes by using a normalization job
Use the Allow Updates to a Product Catalog Entry option in a normalization job to update the following end-of-life attributes:
- StartAvailability
- EndAvailability
- EndOfLife
- EndOfSupport
- EndOfSecuritySupport
- EndOfExtendedSupport
