Troubleshooting CMDB plug-in issues
Several BMC Helix CMDB plug-ins are installed and configured during BMC Helix CMDB installation. If a plug-in is not functioning the way it should, you might see error messages in the log file at the <atriumCoreInstallatiofolder>/logs/ location. Usually, each plug-in has its own log file but an error message might also appear in the AtriumpluginSvr.log or the AtriumCoreSvr.log file.
