Atrium Integrator
Atrium Integrator is an integration engine that helps you transfer data from external datastores to CMDB classes and AR System forms. You can connect to a wide variety of input sources, such as flat files, complex XML, JDBC, ODBC, JMS, native databases, webservices, and others using connectors. Atrium Integrator provides the ability to clean and transform data before transferring it to CMDBclasses or AR System forms. You can define the way in which external data maps to BMC Helix CMDB and transform external data using various rules.

Atrium Integrator uses Pentaho, which is an ETL tool that enables you to extract, transform, and load data. You can use Atrium Integrator for initial data loading, incremental data transfers, and data synchronization, as well as for scheduling and perform bulk data transfers. For example, you can use Atrium Integrator to synchronize IT data from a discovery application with BMC Helix CMDB, where it can be reconciled with data from other sources to your production dataset.

Atrium Integrator Carte serve | Atrium Integrator Carte server is a simple web server that you can use to execute transformations and jobs remotely. All the jobs scheduled and run through Atrium Integrator console always run on the Carte server. |
Atrium Integrator Plugins for Action Request System | You can use the Atrium Integrator plugins(AR Input and AR Output) for AR System to import and export data to and from Action Request System across the BMC Helix ITSM (BMC Helix ITSM). Atrium Integrator interface | Using the Atrium Integrator interface, you can create new jobs, start, stop, and delete jobs, view the list jobs available in the repository, schedule and monitor jobs. |
Atrium Integrator server | To transfer data from an external data store to BMC Helix CMDB, you must also install the AAtrium Integrator server, which can be installed with BMC Helix CMDB and AR System server. The Atrium Integrator server installs the Atrium Integrator console, CMDB adapters (CMDB Input, CMDB Output, and LookUp), and deploys sample jobs. Atrium Integrator client | You can use the Action Request System installer to install only Atrium Integrator Spoon on a remote Microsoft Windows computer and connect to the Repository on the AR System server. Atrium IntegratorSpoon on a remote Windows computer directly connects to the Action Request System database to save and retrieve transformations and jobs. To use the remote instance of Atrium Integrator Spoon to transfer data to BMC Helix CMDB, you must install the Atrium Integrator client, on the same computer.
