Discontinued support for Drift Management
Effective the CMDB 20.02 release, Drift Management has been deprecated from BMC CMDB. The documentation provided for Drift Management is also deprecated and provided for information only.
Your existing BMC CMDB installation is not affected. If you perform a fresh installation of BMC CMDB, Drift Management will not be available.
Discontinued support for CMDBf plug-ins
Effective the BMC CMDB 20.02.01 (Patch 1 for version 20.02) release, CMDBf Plug-ins and attributes have been deprecated from BMC CMDB. The documentation provided for CMDBf plug-ins is also deprecated.
Your existing BMC CMDB installation is not affected. If you perform a fresh installation of BMC CMDB, CMDBf Plug-ins and attributes will not be available.
Discontinued support for Service Catalog
Effective the BMC CMDB 20.02.01 (Patch 1 for version 20.02) release, Service Catalog has been deprecated from BMC CMDB. The documentation provided for Service Catalog is also deprecated.
Your existing BMC CMDB installation is not affected. If you perform a fresh installation of BMC CMDB, Service Catalog will not be available.
We recommend you to use BMC Digital Workplace Advanced to create and manage services and service offerings.
